Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming bout.
Former twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As both boxers met for the customary stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really happening.
